You start your program by choosing your own career coach. During your program, this coach remains your regular point of contact with whom you decide about and discuss your progress. But above all, this coach will guide you through your career explorations. From reflection on your own qualities, motives and ambitions to the concrete translation to your Next Step. The coach supports you, but you initiate your own actions.
In addition to five career sessions with your coach, you can choose three additional interviews that match your need. In these separate modules you conduct the sessions with another coach. Additional career tests can be used in consultation with you.
